１人１回10冊まで利用でき、次の巡回日に返すというシステム。
その場で貸し出しカードの発行が出来ます。
巡回の日程は以下から確認出来ます。

After I initially commented I seem to have clicked on the -Notify me
when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on each time a
comment is added I get 4 emails with the same comment. Is there a means you can remove
me from that service? Thanks a lot!
