187 | 橋本典久の世界虫めがね∞(と)地球儀

更新が滞ってしまい、ずいぶんと前の撮影になりますが、久々に公開します。

橋本典久さんは、独自の発想で全方位撮影を始め、Panorama Ball、Panorama Ball Vision、zerographとパノラマ関連の作品を幾つも作っていましたが、別の活動として、採集した昆虫を家庭用のスキャナで撮影するscopeというユニットを作り、2005年に超高解像度人間大昆虫写真[life-size]を発表しました。

ほぼ大人と同じくらいの身長になった昆虫に囲まれる体験は、ウチの息子にも興味深かった様です。

橋本さんのブログなどで、活躍は存じ上げていたのですが、今回の展示がありましたのでご挨拶をさせて戴きました。

会場では中学生にパノラマボールを作る講習を行なっていましたが、何度か展示場所にもいらっしゃって、一緒に撮影させてもらいました。

たいへん気さくな方で、息子にも優しく接して戴きました。

後ろにあるパソコンでは超高解像度人間大昆虫写真のデータを自由に見ることが出来る、ZooMuSeeというデータベースを展示していました。
