羽田空港の国際線ターミナルにはStarry Cafeという小さなプラネタリウムがあります。
私も最近まで知らなかったのですが、5FのCOOL ZONEというスペースの一番奥にPRONTOという喫茶店と一緒に営業しています。

午後１時半から５時半までがプラネタリウムとしての営業で、季節ごとに作られた15分の番組を500円で、二種類交互に投影しています。
それ以外の時間はドームスクリーンを利用して、全天周映像を流しています。

朝８時から午後１時半まで、PRONTOのメニューを注文すれば、だれでもドームスクリーン内に好きなだけ居る事が出来るのです。

午後８時からはバータイム。チャージ料が注文と別に500円かかりますが、今度はプラネタリウムと全周映像を順番に流していますので、どちらも好きなだけ観る事が出来ます。

今回のパノラマは、全周映像投影時の様子です。
短いプログラムばかりですが、同じ作品を繰り返すことなく2時間は観ていられます。

四月からStarry Cafeで上映する為に作られた『旅するぬいぐるみ』というアニメーション作品が始まりました。

円周に沿ってぐるりとした座席の為、シーンに依ってはスクリーンを半分に分けて、見えにくいシーンを無くそうという配慮と苦労が感じられます。

YS-11の前でAKB48が歌う作品も、まだ上映されています。

どちらもStarry Cafeでしか観られない作品ですので、是非ご覧になってみて下さい。
