189-193 | PLANETARIUM Starry Cafe

羽田空港の国際線ターミナルにはStarry Cafeという小さなプラネタリウムがあります。
私も最近まで知らなかったのですが、5FのCOOL ZONEというスペースの一番奥にPRONTOという喫茶店と一緒に営業しています。

午後１時半から５時半までがプラネタリウムとしての営業で、季節ごとに作られた15分の番組を500円で、二種類交互に投影しています。
それ以外の時間はドームスクリーンを利用して、全天周映像を流しています。

朝８時から午後１時半まで、PRONTOのメニューを注文すれば、だれでもドームスクリーン内に好きなだけ居る事が出来るのです。

午後８時からはバータイム。チャージ料が注文と別に500円かかりますが、今度はプラネタリウムと全周映像を順番に流していますので、どちらも好きなだけ観る事が出来ます。

今回のパノラマは、全周映像投影時の様子です。
短いプログラムばかりですが、同じ作品を繰り返すことなく2時間は観ていられます。

四月からStarry Cafeで上映する為に作られた『旅するぬいぐるみ』というアニメーション作品が始まりました。

可愛らしいぬいぐるみが文字通り旅をするアニメーションですが、ドームシアターならではの視点で作成されています。
円周に沿ってぐるりとした座席の為、シーンに依ってはスクリーンを半分に分けて、見えにくいシーンを無くそうという配慮と苦労が感じられます。

YS-11の前でAKB48が歌う作品も、まだ上映されています。

どちらもStarry Cafeでしか観られない作品ですので、是非ご覧になってみて下さい。

Reading this prompted me to dig into a related topic later, and a stop at holbook provided some of the starting points for that follow up reading, content that triggers further exploration rather than satisfying curiosity completely is content with real generative energy and this site has plenty of that energy throughout it.

Speaking from the perspective of a fairly demanding reader the writing here clears the bar consistently, and a look at autumnmeadowcommercegallery continued clearing that bar, the calibration of demanding reader is something I apply to all sources and this site has been one of the few that handles the demanding reading well across pieces sampled.

Looking at this from the perspective of someone tired of generic content the contrast is striking, and a look at scrolltower maintained that distinctive feel, sites with strong editorial identity stand out against the bland background of algorithmic content and this one has clearly developed an identity worth recognising through careful attention.

Now wishing I had found this site sooner, and a look at pineharborcraftcollective extended that mild regret, the calculation of how many years of good content I missed by not finding the right sources earlier is one I try not to make too often but it does come up sometimes when I find sites this good.
